Origin Privacy Policy

This privacy policy sets out how the Origin App uses and protects any information that you give when you use this app.

Origin is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this app, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.

What we collect

We may collect the following information:
name and ID number, contact information including email address, demographic information such as gender, home address if provided, and other information relevant to customer offers and product improvement.


What we do with the information

We require this information to provide you with a tailored service, and in particular for the following reasons: Your Account access to features like guest list, VIP, and membership discounts, and vouchers for free drinks or free entry.
We use the information to verify your identity when arriving at the front door, and to ensure your coupons for drinks vouchers are given only to you and not someone else.


We may periodically send promotional notifications about new events, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided, or directly to your phone via the app.


Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Advertising

We may use third-party Service Providers to show advertisements to you to help support and maintain our Service.
